3DP: Shane Pitt, Owner

Shane Pitt

Shane Pitt stands as the visionary behind Pitt Crew Racing and 3 Demons Performance. His life intertwines the thrill of motorsport with the tranquility of nature trails. Yet, it is his wife and family who fuel his passions, serving as both his unwavering support and greatest inspiration.

Prior to the racetrack, Shane served as President of Enterprise Security Solutions, LLC. His tenure witnessed remarkable success, fueled by his strategic insight, ingenuity, and genuine love for community engagement. Transitioning from the office to the track, Shane now directs those skills toward building a lasting legacy at 3DP, where speed and competition become catalysts for philanthropic efforts.

On any given day, you will find Shane delving into the latest automotive trends, enjoying scenic hikes along the Appalachian Trail, or striking up conversations with strangers. However, Shane’s most cherished moments are those spent with his wife and family, underscoring his conviction that connection is the driving force of life.

3DP: Rob Bell, Owner

Rob Bell

Rob Bell’s life is a mix of family joy, mechanical passion, and the relentless pursuit of speed. Supported wholeheartedly by his partner, Andi, whose encouragement has been crucial, Rob embodies the essence of a dreamer whose aspirations reach beyond the racetrack, deeply rooted in family and shared adventures.

Since childhood, Rob has been shaped by a fascination for mechanics and speed. His interests evolved from motocross to road racing, and eventually to the world of boating with his family. This highlights a love for horsepower and a deep-seated desire to share these experiences with his loved ones. Welcoming a second child at the age of 46, Rob’s life is a testament to the belief that dreams have no expiration date.

Professionally, Rob excels as a building automation programmer. His 14-year career has seen him tackle some of Maryland’s most complex projects, utilizing his technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, his commitment to family shines through while supporting his kids at sporting events or enjoying quality time at home. Now at 3DP, behind the wheel of Go Mango, the world’s first twin turbo Demon 170, Rob blends his professional acumen with his lifelong love for speed.

3DP: Josh Winters, Owner

Josh Winters

Josh Winters boasts a varied background that ranges from managing aviation maintenance to mastering industrial robotics and safety standards. But where he truly lights up is with cars. His expertise is the backbone of his hands-on approach to tuning and tearing up the track with 3DP.

As the guy behind the wheel of the Destroyer Gray Demon 170, Josh is living every car enthusiast’s dream, pushing limits, and setting the pace with every race. In the corporate realm, Josh’s leadership skills have propelled him to new heights.  Plus, his U.S. Navy background underscores discipline and precision, traits that contribute to his success both on and off the track. 

In short, Josh is rewriting the rulebook on what it means to chase a dream. With his partner in crime and life, Mallorie, by his side, Josh’s journey is a testament to the sweet spot where skill meets passion. He proves that with the right mix of dedication and drive, dreams can roar to life at home and on the track.

Recognizing the therapeutic and unifying power of motorsport, Shane, Rob, and Josh – who have been friends since high school – decided to reignite their shared love of cars by launching a racing team with a greater cause.
